Founder Mr Damodran Madavan (Rtd Royal Malaysian Navy) and Co-Founder Mrs M Priyaa Damodran are partners who worked in the Project and Legal departments of the High Rise Construction Industry (Developers) since year 1997 and then in Property Management Industry as Building Managers, later promoted to Sr Building Managers, even before Act 757 was passed in year 2012 and Strata Management Act 2013 (757) was passed in year 2022.
Together since year 2010, we founded VESSB, AGGAS and AGG Global Ventures. These companies are operated with strong footprint, we continued to grow, delivering sustainable value to our clients through operational excellence, high performance standards and good corporate governance.
